En vigueur depuis 2013, l’embargo sur les armes imposé à la Centrafrique pourrait bientôt toucher à sa fin. Le Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU l’a renouvelé, jeudi, pour un an, mais la France, qui a rédigé le texte, a ouvert pour la première fois la porte à son assouplissement.
